We will talk you through what danu's tech can do for you.
The Challenge: With a wastewater that has unacceptable reuse conductivities and particulates, the solution needs to be robust to remove the ionic components and remain unaffected by any traditional fouling agents.
Increasing overall water recovery:
Danu offers single systems for processing up to 4000 cu m per day.
Low energy requirements <5 kWh for most systems and removal requirements
Standard systems treat water down to 500 uS/cm, additional reductions are usually more efficient with a small secondary system
Treating existing recycle streams:
Smaller systems are available for lower volumes
Reduction of conductivity will deliver improvement in product quality and operational performance
Additionally, reduction in fouling, scaling, and corrosion are benefits along with reduced chemical treatment and maintenance requirements
The Challenge: The remaining dye molecules and the high salt content found in wastewater must be removed, often by wastewater treatment facilities.
A dye-free, salt-free water recycle loop:
A preliminary pre-treatment step is used to remove any remaining dye molecules.
Danu's main unit then removes the salts to produce low conductivity water required for reuse.
For cases with urea and urea removal, get in touch with us to talk about how we can remove urea from your wastewater.
The Challenge: High quality (i.e. low conductivity) water is essential - low conductivity water is required to avoid scaling, fouling, and corrosion. Water reuse is minimal because of the build-up of salts that cause these problems.
A two-part solution delivering very low conductivity:
Used cooling water is fed in with additional water top up --> Danu delivers reduced conductivity for this stream (optimised based on total system efficiency)
Reduced conductivity water is further reduced in our specialist unit which can deliver <1 uS/cm
